How long does my order take to ship?

I take 1-3 days to process and dispatch orders unless you have ordered a bespoke commission, in which case I will email you with a personal timeframe.

I use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for Standard Delivery who work hard to ensure your package is delivered within 48 hours of receiving it from David McDiarmid Studio. I will send you a Royal Mail tracking number after placing your order and you should generally receive your order from me within 7-10 days from date of purchase. Occasionally, circumstances beyond my control can delay the delivery date. I cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

I am happy to try and arrange customised shipping, should you have specific requirements. Please get in touch before placing your order.

Free Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from mystudio in Rogart Street Campus, Glasgow. Please contact me to arrange a suitable date and time ahead of ordering.

What is your return policy? 

I really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase, however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return to your order, you can do so by following these simple steps.

Please note my returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods.

Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy, unless by extenuating circumstances. Your 14 day return policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note I do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Items Bought Online

Let me know that you wish to return an item by contacting me within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. Please do not send an item back to me without contacting me first.

Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in it's original, unused condition.

Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as David McDiarmid Studio does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

Once I receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days.

Please note that as a small business I am unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.

Unless faulty, I am unable to accept returns of any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives and there is a fault with it, please contact me within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. I will be able to discuss next steps on an case by case basis. Please note I unfortunately do not offer postage refunds on returned items.

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting me first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
