Studio Space Available in East Glasgow
As some of you may know I share a large, open studio with 7 other makers in East Glasgow. One of our makers is moving on at the beginning of February 2026 and so we have a rarely available space coming available with our unit!
About the studio space:
In a large open unit shared with 7 other makers - a mix of painters, jeweller, ceramicist, casting and mould-makers and embroidery artist
Floor space dimensions for the available space: 2.8m x 3.5m
Wall height of the unit: c. 4m
Available space comes with 1x trestle table and 1x chair and 2x sockets
Communal kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, paper shredder, microwave (and even a coffee bean grinder!!)

Where is it?
Situated in a large unit within RogArt Street Campus in East Glasgow. RogArt is an exciting mix of commercial studio and office space. Rogart Street Campus offers:
24 hour access with CCTV and secure door entry
Staffed reception (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) with designated delivery area
Garlic & Thyme restaurant on site • Gallery space in the restaurant area available to use for exhibitions, etc
Lift access
On street parking and private parking zone during work hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm)
Situated just 1 mile from the city centre, the nearest station Bridgeton is just a short walk away. Also very close to Duke Street area with plenty shops and cafes and a B&Q is closeby.

How much?
The available space is currently £155 per month including utilities (electricity, heating, water, shared building wifi)
An additional charge for PAT testing any electrical appliances you wish to use in the space will be applied, e.g. phone chargers/laptop chargers/corded power tools etc unless bought within the last year. This is charged at £1.30 per item.
